Vaidya Group’s unassuming and industrious leader- Kiran Vaidya is a name synonymous with business development and leadership in Nepal. A self- made man, he began from a humble background. Today he has he has transformed his vision into this multi- sector conglomerate and is well respected in the business world. Along with being the Chairman and Founder of Vaidya Group, he is also the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. It is his vision that has made everything possible for Vaidya Group, and continues do so.

Vice - Chairperson Rita Vaidya began her career in the hospitality industry at the young age of 17. She was awarded her Masters in Humanities and Social Sciences in Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Later, she studied Hospitality management in one of the most respected institutions in India: the Dadar Institute of Hotel Management, Catering and Applied Sciences. She worked at the Taj Intercontinental Hotel, Mumbai, where she gained her early experience. Later, she implemented her education in her father’s resort- Dhulikhel Mountain Resort, where she worked for 33 years.
Currently, she is leading the Automobile division of Vaidya Group and has also formed a team with the aim of building a new resort in Nepal. She wishes to use her expertise in the field to create a holistic wellness resort, learning from her past experience. She has been the pillar of support for the Vaidya Group Conglomerate and has played a crucial part in its growth and prosperity.
